Panoptic Quantity Surveyors

Panoptic Quantity Surveyors provide a complete range of professional quantity surveying and construction related services to suit every client’s needs. We are a small independent firm registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP). The codes of conduct and regulations stated by our affiliated professional bodies are our main cornerstone. This company is fairly new, but our roots have been deep in the built environment for a number of years. A tradition approach can therefore be applied to any situation with a modern age implementation by using the tools of today.  The effective management of this company always ensures that each individual project receives the attention it needs.

We have a broad experience of projects ranging from small alterations to super luxury residential dwellings. Panoptic Quantity Surveyors are based in Cape Town and our variety of services are offered to all the borders of South Africa for clients who seek professional feasibility studies, estimates, cost advice, cost control of a construction project and many more.

Our professional indemnity is available upon request.

OBJECTIVES

Through constant research and development we are striving to deliver services which meet our client’s needs. Panoptic Quantity Surveyors are always searching for value for money from inception to completion of any project by redesign, alternative materials, natural resources, etc. Using nature’s free energy in the built environment is highly favorable when calculating the life cycle cost and it is a tremendous relief to the greenhouse gas emissions.

The word “Panoptic” originated from the Greek word “Panoptes” which is defined as the “all-seeing watchman”. The name therefore describes the way we conduct our services by being involved in each aspect of the project and to be in full control of the services we deliver to our clients. Our aim is to deliver our services swiftly, accurately, fairly and efficiently. Communication and understanding is the key factor to any successful project.
